Logga in!

It not a difficult task to figure out what does the title mean. Thing is, that I think it sounds so funny, like some weed-smelled Jamaican order, with some reggae background music. Logga-logga! :)
I am a big Moleskine fan! In the last 3-4 years I am always using a calendar from that brand, since it is very elegant, has its reputation and very practical to use. However, it is not at a price level like those freely-distributed crappy student calendars with an ad on every 2nd page... But still, in Sweden it can happen, that the density of moleskine-calendars within 1 sqm reaches 3! Here we go here is the photo, from this morning's Service Contract Management lecture, the two Swede girls showed up with those Moleskine items!

The other day I was in the bathroom, taking  a shower, and since the age of 20 I cannot live bathroom life without having a radio :) . There is no bathroom without music at all! So, it was some commercial (hundrafemkomenio: ) and as far as I got it it was some flying and traveling. Than, suddenly, like summer storm lighning, the familiar music from the Hungarian Airlines started up, and I got frozen for  while. Wtf, here, in Sweden, they invest in advertising. The last part of the spot mentioned even Budapest. On the whole it was strange. That music, is like built in in every Hungarian's memory, from childhood, lots of us use as ringing tone, and so on. I guess each culture or nation has something similar.
Some related media:

(relavant part of the music is from 0:22)
Actually sometimes still nice to fly with them. Last summer Malev offered the cheapest solution to Moscow. On the flight back, i fall asleep right after taking off (BEST-aftercourse feeling:) ), and when I suddenly woke up, I found the food politely put to the next seat's table.  Recognizing immidiately that  it just will not be enough, I asked the stewardess about one more portion. She responded that they are according to the passanger numbers, but she will check. At the end, I managed to eat one more!
Here is one more, from earlier times:

Quote

from Neil Strauss, from the beginning of his book, The Lifestyle Challenge:(yes it somehow reveals my strong relation and 100000000 links to my beloved parents)

'To your mother and father. Feel free to blame them for everything that's wrong with you, but don't forget to give them credit for everything that's right.'

My admiration is just increasing when I firstly started working 3 years ago, not to mention my recent baby-sitting experiences...
If you ask me, it is incredibly amazing and expressive.  Earlier I sadly experienced that the vast majority of the people have a very bad relationship with parents, mostly because they think their approach for the world is just too obsolete. I am trying to remember to collect some memories from past, both positive and negative as well. It is very easy to notice that people from western and more individualistic cultures have weaker relations in genereal, I mean the distance between parents and sons/daughters is bigger...

- 'My Dad was just happy that alcohol prices are so high here due to legislation' - Swedish
+ 'More than half of my friends are >for sale<, but not me, my Dad studied at Oxford, so hes got his western thinking.' - Indonesian
+ I was in a cinema with some people, one of them a Persian girl , in the middle of the movie, suddenly stood up, and went out. Later on, we asked her, what happened, she responded: 'I forgot to call my Father, even though I promised him to do so. So I went out and called.' - Iran
- 'I hated my Dad, so when i was admitted to university, I left to our other apartment. My Mum wanted to also move with me, but I convinced her not to get divorced and stay with my Dad.' - Hungary

What a lazy nation

Yes, they are. The Greeks... just returned from my Greek classmate's gathering, meeting the vast majority of the local Greek community. We could not get into agreement... I am an earlybird, they can easily sleep till afternoon. I think my life would have gone into a dead end if I could not have my mornings :)  Nevertheless they are still cool people, but almost inactive ;)
And what can I do, I was raised up in this perspective, 'if you wake up earlier, your day is longer', thanks Dad!
Yesterday we also had the longest day so far in this year, with so many activities... Shopping clothes and shoes and THE belt, shopping grocery, playing football, going to BBQ by bike into the big park Slottskugen, than going to a friend's birthday, have some fun there:) Seriously, the Energizer bunny sucks in comparison :)
About groceries, we went with my Mexican flatmate, Iveet, and spent a whole lot of money, on breads, on my Swedish-food mania, and many others. On the whole, it is so damn good that there are other ways to share a flat with others. Previously it was like your shelf a
nd my shelf in the fridge, and blabla, now it is like we buy together we share everything. And I love it sooo much!
During the shopping session in Nordstan, I also found a perfect magazine store where they are selling all of the cool magazines from Europe  as well as from overseas. (Like Vogue Homme, Harvard Business Review, and the one I bought GQ).  Yesyes, they are not cheap, and yes you can download them from torernt, but still, it is so different to hold them in your arms, like paper, etc etc.
Later on we had a discussion with my second flatmate, he is Persian, and
he said that he was never into fashion and stuff (like metropolitan/metrosexual males business). Seems that all masculinity for them is to watch and sometimes to play football. Actually he just broke up after 4 years, so I told him now it is time to get familiar with the single cosmo man life
! :)

Sunset at 2008

Again, if i manage to post one in each month that is better nothing. Apparently I could not, but it has several reasons, and reasons in this case equal to many-bence-activities.

First of all, from the day before yesterday, first time in my lifetime, I changed diaper totally alone. Of course, not on myself :)
But, it was terrific, lucky me that i had not eaten anything before... The white walls seemed colourful in comparison with my pale face... The tip of the iceberg, the 3-year-old asked me: 'Bence, are you OK?!'  No I felt like deep down in hell! But at least, I survived and got this experience... However, I am still wondering that everyone, I repeat everyone went through this :)))) It is horrifiic soo much! :)  And also walking with a 5 and 3 year old, and getting those looks from people, and responding in my mind 'No they are not mine!' is hilarious! I also trying not to make diferences and preferences between them, and the only way to do that is you have to consider them as yours, and that case you can treat them as the same. However, it is not easy. The oldest one is more stubborn t
han the others, the middle is smart, the small is just sweet...
They have surprisingly good memory, you just say a new word once or twice and they will definitely will remember next time...

Than , for me it is never neutral in any means if the destination is Estonia :) Not in 2007 nor this year :)
First means of transport:
1. Tram - GBG, getting worried about who will pay the 400 EUR overweight fee for my Russian friend, who is sitting at the library, no skype, no mobile and we have Ryanair next early morning
2. Train GBG-Stockholm, solution: ferry: almost same price as i would have paid for airport transfer and Riga-Tallinn bus
3. Metro Stockholm, after some shot of vodka of the freezing Stockholm night, sleeping at the couch in the corridor kitchen
4. Ferry Stockholm-Tallinn, love boat again and again, we tried to book the same cabin, but they refused referring the fully booked status. however, shortly afterwards we realized that almost thw whole boat is empty and both of us stayed alone in the 4 beds cabins... we had some party with some oversea teen
agers, who seemingly enjoyed the non-existent alcohol restrictions :) . In the morning we found that only 8 cans is left out of the original 24 of our beloved Finnish gin long drink. Lovely .
5. Bus Tallinn-countryside
6.  Bus countryside-Tallinn but between 5 and 6!!!! Omg
7. taxi Tallinn uni-bus station
8. Bus Tallinn Riga, this trip brought me good old memories when we drove the same way with Ahmed, and our Lithuanian and Welsh friends! Pine trees and warm sandy beaches, wow!
9. Tram and bus Riga city-airport, and also 1.5 day of staying in Riga, trying delicious beers and leaded by the local Elmars, who lives in the most cosyest apartment ever :)
10. Bus  Nykoping-Jonkoping: night bus no1, I thought it is gonna be empty, but it was almost full and mostly with pensioners...
11. Bus Jonkoping-GBG  , finally arrived to the city at 5:45, and than went to lecture at 9 :)

Tomorrow I am trying to post more, maybe a bit more funny content :)

what happens in GBG

ok, one month since my last post, have to confess, i am busy 17/7, but Now!
finallt got some extra non-planned free-time to write a new post... today is the biggest snowfall in the last 3 years here, so the flight of my bros and 4 other friends was directed to land in Malmo, 300km south from here. Eventually, Wizzair provided them some buses and so transportation to here, but that takes some time, so they are to arrive around 4-5 AM, and since thats the only period without public transportation, I had to come into best-office to be around down-town at least... Nevertheless, I am looking forward these days so much!
And what about last month passed?! Briefly,
1. Aalborg, Denmark. 1 week spent there as BEST-course coorganizer, what is, from my point of view is the possible awesomest thing can happen to anybody:) You got everything free food, accomodation, and you have everything what the usual particpants can get, even more, more sleeping included ;). So it was big fun, great time spent with international circumstances..as if GBG wouldnt be like that, hihi
2. I cant come up anything but my last good impression.. the Victoria Silvstedt's show last night at park lane. It was just amazing ;)

This quarter I am taking 3 courses in order to have only one in the 4th, therefore it takes more time and effort, and I am trying hard to accomplish all of my duties and tasks... Dont wanna dissappoint my teammates.. and so on..

And finally I will leave my non-preferred landlord, gonna move to another apartment, close to school, downtown... On the whole, life is changing in the upcoming period! :)

Purple pullover

Here we come again, back to Sweden, end of the feeling of uselessness. On the one hand that month was a big wasting of time, but on the other hand spending a lot of time with friends and family was amazing.
Useless cause I forgot all of my official papers in Sweden, driving license, taxing card... so I could not afford to work as a driver unfortunately... In fact, it was very funny to arrange Mr-s or Ms-s Lunch or Mr-s and Ms-s Dinners from day-to-day.:) But also felt the smog fro weeks, there was also smog-alarm for days as a result of no-windy weather and the situation that instead of Russian gas a lot of plants started to burn something else, much polluting material... And one and last time: Hungary during wintertime is much colder than west-coast-sweden- I would highly appreciate not to hear anymore this question :) Well, in January I spend only 4 days here in Sweden as next week I am going to Aalborg, Denmark to coorganize some BEST course, so I cannot really write anything now, apart from good to have this clean air again :) but I can also feel the inflation here, as the bus pass' price went from 310SEK to 325SEK per month:) Good thing about currency is that both money I am involved is out of eurozone and so both are weak in comparison with EUR. For instance: compared to HUF, EUR is no 20% stronger, but SEK is stronger only with 6%. These changes for half-a-year, by the way. EUR is punishing tough the remaining EU currencies, as a conclusion...
Ok let me say something more about Hungary for those who knows few about:
- its popularity around 10 million people
- some years ago there were more than 100000 people taken to universities
- in 2008 80000 were born within the borders .
So you can easily count that in 18 years most propably everyone will be taken for higher education! wtf cannot comment, thats also describes the dying out nation its higher education, and here is the fact, that media cannot publish, otherwise noone know what will happen:
-2008 was the first year when more than the half (51%) of the newborn babies are from the group of gipsies from the lowest level of the communities... I do not consider it as a racism, but facts are facts. And there is difference between Hungarians and gipsies. Actually I just wrote an essay for one of bro's girlfriend in this field about integration and segregation of gipsies, as the biggest minority(?) in Hungary. Question is, till when. Furthermore, how could raise up children in those circumstances???

Time management

Ayup, I just realized if Joonas put on public my link, I need to update even more often. (Pronounce the word >often<>with a hard >t<..one more reason why is it so profitable if you have a British classmate;)
Ok I am rewriting this post for 4th time and each occasion one part of text seems to be dissappear..grrr... Well I wrote that i cannot work for Fittipaldi driver service due to some administartion problems, so I am trying to meet as many people as I can, having lunch meetings etc etc. ..and..it is the first time in the last 15 years when all the 3 Galambos bros are living in the same room, no way to escape:) This is different, you can notice much more interesting facts about others if you stay with them continously... I also prepared them some Jamie Oliver food and realized that there is a significant difference between the British ale and the Amstel dark beer, they provide different tastes especially when you boil some cattle in it:)
unfortunately I forgot to count, but the question I got the most times is >Isnt it too cold in Sweden?! Newcastle in fall 2009... can hardly wait also for that, but have to mention that the feedback I have received so far are not undoubtably postive. We will see, see posts after September :)
Now in Hungary here is the 1 month long exam period, it is so sad to see and hear from the boys their current experiences, how are they treated, how is education now... Dont wanna get down into details, but it is not really changing, well it is, only into negative directions...
